Day 1. Welcome to Dublin!

Day 2. County Wicklow

For an extra dose of history, pay a visit to the National Museum of Ireland, that's home to a number of fascinating archaeological treasures. End the day with a pint at The Brazen Head, Dublin's oldest pub!

Day 3. County Wicklow
Today, explore County Wicklow, called the "Garden of Ireland" for it cliffs, sandy beaches, rolling mountains, hidden lakes and bogs. Visit Wicklow Mountains National Park, the largest national park in Ireland, and drive its scenic winding roads or take a walk through the breathtaking countryside.
In the national park lies Glendalough, a valley with ruins of an early Christian settlement (known as the Monastic City) founded in the 6th century by St. Kevin. Tour the historic ruins consisting of round towers, churches, a kitchen, and more.

Day 4. County Wicklow
Begin the day with a visit to Castletown House, a Georgian palace at the heart of Ireland's Ancient East. Tour the estate set among beautiful 18th-century parklands of Celbridge in County Kildare.
Next, drive to Newgrange, a 5,200 year old passage tomb located in the Boyne Valley built by Stone Age farmers. Like England's Stonehenge, Newgrange is a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site and is a fascinating monument of Ireland's ancient past.

Day 5. Depart Ireland
Take a last look at the beauty of County Wicklow before driving to Dublin airport for your flight home. Drop your rental car off then make your way to your departure gate.
