Day 1. Welcome to Dublin!
You will collect your rental car at the airport and head to your first destination; County Laois. Head west to Killenard where you’ll stay at the 5-star Heritage Killenard. With such a short drive into the city you’ll be able to experience the best of both worlds- countryside and the city!
Check-in - The Heritage
Immerse yourself in elegant charm at the 5-star Heritage Killenard in County Laois. As soon as you walk through the hotel's doors, you'll step into a state of pure peace and tranquility. Check-in with the friendly reception team and admire the hotel's rich, traditional decor as you make your way up to your room. Open your door and find air conditioning, internet access, large comfortable beds, flat-screen TVs, and more.
After a quick nap, unpack your swimsuit and take a dip in the Jacuzzi or indoor pool. Day 2. Killenard
Enjoy a full day at leisure, you might want to drive into nearby Dublin to explore the capital city. There are a few must-see sites in Dublin including Trinity College, the Guinness Storehouse and Dublin Bridge.
Day 3. Killenard – Galway
Next, take the drive across Ireland to Galway. The drive will be about two hours and you will spend two nights here.

Galway is home to the magnificent Dunguaire Castle that sits on the southeastern shore of the Galway Bay. This castle is truly a vision that will take you right back to the 16th century.
Day 5. Galway – Killarney

Today you will drive north towards Dublin for a two night stay at the 5-star Powerscourt Hotel in WIcklow. The “Garden of Ireland” is approximately 30 minutes from Dublin’s city center and 45 minutes from Dublin Airport. You will be surrounded by scenic and natural landscape but you'll also be in the perfect location to explore Dublin once more before heading back to America.
