The Guaranteed Best Price applies only to on-line rates available to the general public with a minimum of 4 night land accommodations. Applies only to air and land inclusive packages valid from Aer Lingus operated transatlantic services between the United States and Ireland (Shannon or Dublin). Promotional packages, deals, or bundles that may include additional amenities such as parking, meals, or entertainment are not eligible.

It does not apply to membership or corporate rates or special discounted rates including, but not limited to, AARP, AAA, military, government, or convention rates.

Does not apply to packages booked through or in combination with frequent stay, loyalty, points or other reward type programs, rooms and car rentals booked through coupon promotions, won through contests or sweepstakes or transferred, prepaid car rentals, or rooms and car rentals booked on websites that do not allow you to see the name of the hotel or car rental company until your reservation is complete.

The Aer Lingus Vacation Store reserves the right to deny any claims that cannot be verified, or for which you have provided incomplete information.

The Aer Lingus Vacation Store will not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the Guaranteed Best Price with respect to rates loaded in error by The Aer Lingus Vacation Store or the hotel or car rental company or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to in any materials relating to rates backed by the Guaranteed Best Price.

These Guaranteed Best Price Terms and Conditions include and incorporate by reference the standard Aer Lingus Vacation Store Terms and Conditions and constitute the entire understanding between you and the Aer Lingus Vacation Store relating to your hotel purchase or car rental booking.Void where prohibited by law. The Aer Lingus Vacation Store reserves the right to modify or cancel the Guaranteed Best Price Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Guaranteed Best Price is available to any customer who makes a qualifying air and land package booking through the aerlingusvacationstore.com Web site. Guaranteed Best Price is based on competitor quote with same travel dates, same flight numbers, same room types, same hotel accommodation provider, same car brand, same car size, same car category, same transmission, same drive type, same air conditioning type, same fuel source, for the same dates, for the same pick-up and drop-off times, and for the same pick-up and drop-off locations on any other Web site within 5 days of original booking with Aer Lingus Vacation Store.

Send an e-mail to guarantee@aerlingusvacationstore.com within 5 days of your Aer Lingus Vacation Store booking with:
· Booking confirmation number
· Name
· Email address of your Aer Lingus Vacation Store booking
· Dates of Travel
· Rate quoted by competitor
· Complete Web address (URL) reflecting the lower rate you found online for the same package you bookedon aerlingusvacationstore.com
· Your home address for refund check

Upon verification of the lower package rate online, Aer Lingus Vacation Store will provisionally approve your claim. Once your travel is completed, email your receipt to guarantee@aerlingusvacationstore.com. The Aer Lingus Vacation Store will then mail your refund check approximately 45 business days after your receipt has been received and approved. If we are unable to replicate the lower rate, the Aer Lingus Vacation Store Travel Experts will contact you via email to request additional information and documentation (such as a screenshot) to verify the lower online rate. Please keep a copy of all such documentation.
