Escorted tour package prices are per person based on two people traveling together (unless specified otherwise) based on 7 day advance purchase and include round trip economy class airfare including carrier and government-imposed fees and taxes including the September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per enplanement originating at a U.S. airport. Fluctuations in exchange rates may affect some taxes or fees. All local taxes, hotel service charges & porterage of one (1) suitcase per person, due to limited capacity on motorcoaches, are included. Tour packages are subject to availability and are capacity controlled and may not be available on every date or on all flights and may be restricted to certain hotel room categories. Fares are based on select Monday through Thursday travel; fares may be higher when traveling Friday through Sunday. There is an additional $25 per person concierge fee for bookings made through call centre (800-495-1632). Fares apply to North American originating passengers only. Full payment is made at the time of reservation. Seats are limited and fares may not be available on all flights. Higher fares may also be available throughout travel period. Cannot be combined with any other discount/promotion. Not eligible for accrual of frequent flyer points/mileage. Travelers who are under 18 years old on the departure date must be accompanied by an adult throughout the vacation and must share an adult’s accommodation. If a child will be traveling with adults other than parents, or with only one parent, it is the passenger’s responsibility to contact the appropriate consulates and the applicable airlines to ensure children have the required documentation for traveling outside the U.S. Child/infant discounts not available and children under 8 are not allowed on any escorted tour. If purchasing air separately, in order to coordinate with the tour dates, please depart from North America on departure date shown as land start date is ONE DAY later. Stopovers are not permitted. Cancellations/Changes:

Packages are nonrefundable. Substantial restrictions apply for cancellation/change and depend upon the package type.

Optional Travel Trip Protection will be offered during the booking process and if purchased you will be allowed to cancel for covered reasons up to the day of departure and receive a refund for the amount paid, less the amount paid for insurance and fees. Additional coverage for trip interruption; trip delay; accident and sickness medical expense; emergency evacuation/repatriation; baggage/personal effects; baggage delay; and 24 hr assistance services are also included.
