Dates and prices above include international air travel and allow one extra day before land tour date start for travel between the USA and Europe. Rates are per person based on double occupancy. Nov-Mar 2013 departures are subject to itinerary, hotel, discount and price modifications. Details will be available in May 2012.

Single room supplement $350 (11/3 & 11/17, 2012 and 3/15 & 3/23, 2013) and $425 (4/14 - 10/20, 2012). Triple room reduction of $35 per person. Extra nights per person in Dublin: in single room $206, in twin room $141, in triple room* $135.* Triple room size is often the same as a double room with an additional rollaway bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed.

Passengers must pay in full 12 months, 10 months, or 6 months in advance to avail of per person early payment discount as outlined above.

Escorted tour packages are per person based on two people traveling together and include round trip economy class airfare on valid Aer Lingus transatlantic flights, based on 7 day advance purchase; hotel accommodations; private luxury motorcoach with professional driver/guide; sightseeing as listed and most meals. Airport transfers are only included with purchase of airfare. All local taxes, hotel service charges & porterage of one (1) suitcase per person, due to limited capacity on motorcoaches, are included. Seats are limited and prices may be restricted to specific flights, class of service, travel dates, length of stay or room type. Sample packages were available on Aer Lingus Vacation Store on Dec 8, 2011 and may not represent current prices. Holiday periods, flights and dates outside of specified travel period are available at an additional cost and may include flights operated by our partner airlines JetBlue and United Airlines as well as American Airlines and US Airways. Stated tour package prices include hotel rates, taxes and fees, and roundtrip airfare including the September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 for US enplanements. A $60 second checked bag fee applies for flights; however, tour participants are limited to one (1) suitcase per person for the tour itself. All gratuities are the responsibility of the passenger. Offer applies to North American-originating passengers. Flight restrictions/terms and conditions apply. Frequent flyer mileage/points do not apply. Tickets are non-refundable. Stopovers are not permitted. Offer cannot be combined with any other discount/promotion. Travelers who are under 18 years old on the departure date must be accompanied by an adult throughout the vacation and must share an adult’s accommodation. If a child will be traveling with adults other than parents, or with only one parent, it is the passenger’s responsibility to contact the appropriate consulates and the applicable airlines to ensure children have the required documentation for traveling outside the U.S. Child/infant discounts not available and children under 8 are not allowed on any escorted tour. If purchasing air separately, in order to coordinate with the tour dates, please depart from North America on departure date shown as land start date is ONE DAY later. Optional Travel Trip Protection will be offered during the booking process and if purchased you will be allowed to cancel for covered reasons up to the day of departure and receive a refund for the amount paid, less the amount paid for insurance and fees. Additional coverage for trip interruption; trip delay; accident and sickness medical expense; emergency evacuation/repatriation; baggage/personal effects; baggage delay; and 24 hr assistance services are also included.
