Tea & Scones at Rathbun Farm
Rathbaun Farm is situated in a rural area of Southwest County Galway in Ardrahan. The Burke and Connolly family have been farming the 80 acres of land for over 200 years and Fintan Connollycontinues this tradition today. Visitors to Rathbaun Farm willbecome enchanted by its thatched cottage home, turf fire,stone walls and an array of animals. Time spent here gives a glimpseinto the daily workings of a sheep-farm with plenty of time to see theanimals, feed the lambs, talk to the family and explore the farmyard.


Cobh Heritage Center
The Cóbh Heritage Centre is located in Cóbh, east of Cork. The "Queenstown Experience", located at the centre, has mostlypermanent exhibitions of Irish history. It provides information on lifein Ireland through the 18th and 19th centuries, the mass emigration, the Great Famine, and on how criminals were transported to Australiafor petty crimes. It also has an exhibition on the history of theRMS Titanic, whose last port of call before it sank was Cóbh.


Muckross House & Gardens
Situated in Killarney National Park, Muckross House and Gardens areamong the most popular of Irish visitor attractions. Queen Victoria paid a visit here, to the Herbert family, in 1861. The House was later owned,in turn, by Lord Ardilaun (of the Guinness family) and by theBourn Vincents. Today, many of the rooms in this magnificent mansionhave been restored to their original Victorian splendour.
