In the heart of the Burren, lies one of the oldest caves in Ireland.This cave was formed by the glacial melt waters of an earlyice age. This river has subsided since the last ice age, leaving behind one of Ireland's most stunning caves.


Foynes Flying Boat Museum
From 1939 to 1945, the town of Foynes became the center of the aviation world. It was selected as the water runway for the world's first transatlantic passenger flights from New York to Foynes. The massive Boeing B314, nicknamed the "Yankee Clipper," wasdesigned to carry 35 passengers in a luxury ocean-air liner. The museum houses a fascinating collection of historical memorabilia, photographs, and newsreels. See the original transmitters, receivers, and Morse Code Equipment used by the pilot/sailors.Tour the actual Yankee Clipper itself, which is located on the premises.


Blarney Castle
The castle was built nearly six hundred years ago by one of Ireland's greatest chieftains, Cormac MacCarthy. Over the last few hundred years, millions have flocked to Blarney, making it a world landmark and one of Ireland's greatest treasures. Famous for its magical stone that gives the gift of eloquence for a kiss.
